Flo’s hospitality journey started in Lausanne at EHL. Nowadays he is the VP of Business Development at Apaleo and is often seen jet-setting around the world to spread his passion for hospitality and driving hospitality businesses to leverage their digital potential. For good reasons Flo has been awarded with International Society of Hospitality Consultants & International Hospitality Investment Forum (IHIF)’s “Young Leader Award ‘23” and is a member of the HSMA Deutschland e.V. Tech Circle. Besides podcasting and nerding, Flo is always available for a little brainstorming session on how to bring SMACK forward and loves to chat about digitalization, innovative hotelconcepts and leadership.
Fun fact: Flo is a Belgian pommes frites, not a German potato – as many people think.
